Other Qualification Details:
1. Level 8 of Pay Matrix and Basic Pay of 47,600/- p.m.
2. Education and other qualifications: Master’s degree of a recognized university in Hindi with English as a subject at degree level. (OR) Masters degree of a recognized university in English with Hindi as a subject at degree level. (OR) Master’s degree of a recognized university in any subject with Hindi and English as subjects at degree level. (OR) Master’s degree of a recognised University in any subject with Hindi medium and English as subject at degree level.
3 .Five years’ experience of terminology work in Hindi and / or translation work for English or Hindi or vice-versa preferably of scientific and technical literature OR Five years’ experience in teaching, research, writing or journalism in Hindi.
4. Desirable: Knowledge of Sanskrit and a modern Indian Language. Administrative experience. Experience of Organising Hindi Classes or workshops for noting and drafting. Experience of organising Hindi Seminar, Hindi Pakhwada, Official Language Implementation (OLIC) meeting etc.

General Information :-
1. Only Indian Nationals need to apply. The persons with disabilities can also be selected on their own merit against the unreserved quota.
2. Candidates employed in Govt. / Quasi Govt. / Public Sector Undertakings should forward their applications through proper channel or bring NOC if called for interview. The Institute reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason. Incomplete applications are liable to be summarily rejected. No interim correspondence will be entertained.
3. In addition to pay and allowances, HRA, Medical Scheme facility under its Contributory Health Service Scheme and subsidized Canteen facilities are admissible for the above post. Perquisites like New Pension Scheme, LTC, Group Linked Insurance Scheme, Children Education Allowance for school going children and free transport in lieu of Transport Allowance are admissible as per Institute’s rules.
4. Experience should have been obtained after possessing the essential educational qualifications. The eligibility criteria with regard to age, qualification, experience, etc. shall be determined as on 24/12/2018.
5. Fulfilling minimum qualification & filing online application does not entail a call for interview. The authorities reserve all rights, not to call an applicant for interview, without assigning any reason. In case of any dispute / ambiguity that may occur in the process of selection, the decision of the Institute shall be final.

Selection Procedure :-
In case the number of shortlisted candidates is large, a written test may be conducted to further prune the list of candidates before interview.
