Job details:

GCET is commonly known as Goa Common Entrance Test. The Goa Common Entrance Test 2016 is a state level entrance examination conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Goa. GCET 2016 notification organized for the admission of candidates into various UG courses. candidates who wish to pursue  their career in the professional courses like architecture, engineering, MBBS, BDS, BHMS, Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery(BAMS), Allied Health Sciences, B.Sc. in Nursing (at Institute of Nursing Education, Bambolim), B.E. & B.Pharm in the state of Goa can utilize this GCET Notification 2016.

GCET 2016 Eligibility Criteria

  1. Those who are willing to write the Goa Common Entrance Test must have following the qualifications as per GCET notification.
  2. The candidates should complete or appearing the 12th standard or equivalent form any recognized institution of state government of Goa.
  3. Applicants must have the English, Physics, Chemistry and Math’s/Biology/Biotechnology as the subjects in the academic year.
  4. Those who wish to do MBBS/BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) courses must have the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the academic year.
  5. There is no age limit for engineering and architecture courses.
  6. All the eligible applicants have to pay Rs 1000/- by Demand Draft drawn in favor of Director of Technical Education payable at Panaji.

Last date for submission of online application is: April 2016

GCET admit card release date: April 2016

Goa Common Entrance Test: 10th & 11th May 2016.

GCET 2016 results: June 2016
