Educational Qualification: D.M.(Medical Oncology) /M.D.(Medicine) / DNB (Medical Oncology) or M.D.(Peadiatrics) with 2 years special training in Medical Oncology for S.no-1. M.S. (Gen. Surgery, ENT), DNB (Surgery, ENT), M.Ch (Surgery, Plastic Surgery) for S.no – 2.

Age Limit: 35 years
