Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess MBA (HRD)/ Post Graduation in any discipline/ Graduation in any discipline with PG Diploma in personnel management from a recognized university with relevant experience.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on test/ interview.

Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs. 500/- by pay order/ demand draft in favor of “ERNET India” New Delhi. No fee for SC/ ST/ Women candidates.
