Educational Qualification :-

1. Research Associate (RA) :-

Ph.D. or equivalent degree on a topic related to Thermoelectric materials or modules OR having 03 years of Research, Teaching or Design & Development experience in Thermoelectric materials or modules area after Post graduate degree (M.Sc. or equivalent) in Physics or M.E./M.Tech. in Material Science & Engineering/ Technology with at least one research paper in Science citation index (SCI) journal.

2. Junior Research Fellow :-

Post graduate degree (M.Sc. or equivalent) in Physics with first division and National Eligibility Test qualification conducted by CSIR-UGC (NET), MHRD (GATE) or JEST. (OR) Graduate degree in professional course (B.E./B. Tech.) in Material Science & Engineering/Technology in first division with NET/GATE qualification. (OR) Post graduate (M.E./M. Tech.) degrees in professional courses in Material Science & Engineering/ Technology in first division, both at graduate and post graduate level.

Selection Process: The selection based on valid GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) score (in respect of vacancies in the subjects/disciplines for which GATE is conducted) and Interview. Only those candidates who will have valid GATE score on the crucial date of eligibility will be considered for shortlisting for recruitment.

Defence Research & Development Organization (DRDO), Defence Laboratory, Ratanada Palace Jodhpur – 342 011, Rajasthan State invites applications from Indian Nationals for Walk in interview position of Research Associates (RA) and Junior Research Fellows (JRF) for working in DRDO Project on thermoelectric materials and modules. The Walk in Interview scheduled to be held on 11th and 12th October 2017.

Age Limit: Age Not exceeding 35 and 28 years for RA and JRF respectively as on the date of interview. Age relaxation is allowed up to 5 years for SC/ ST/ PH and 3 years for OBC candidates.
