Part Time  Medical Consultant (Contract Base)

Educational Qualification :- Please Read Official Notification In Educational Qualification details.

Age limit :- Should not be more than -55- years of age at the time of appointment and shall not be allowed  to continue beyond -70- years of age.

consolidation Fees :-   The consolidated fees of M.D. will be Rs. 24,000 (Inclusive of Petrol conveyance expenses) at Ahmedabad. The consolidated fees of M.B.B.S. Doctor will be Rs. 18,500 (Inclusive of Petrol or conveyance expenses) at Ahmedabad.

Compounder fees :- The Charges Payable to the Part-time Medical Consultant for the services of a Compounder engaged  by him shall be Rs.1100 p.m. at Ahmedabad.

How to Apply:- Interested eligible Doctors may send their Bio-data [Please do not attach copies of any qualification certificate] in following prescribed format by Ordinary Post so as to reach us on or before 5.00 on 05-10-2016 superscribing the envelope “Application for the post of Part Time Medical consultant`to belove Address.
